Collection sharing is also a practical everyday tool. By making your duplicate and missing lists public, you open the door to trading opportunities that would otherwise be impossible. A collector in another city or country may discover that you own exactly the issue they are looking for, and vice versa. A customizable collector profile

Full control over shared information

Your privacy is our priority. When you activate sharing, you choose exactly which information is publicly visible. You can display only your tracked series, owned issues, missing list, duplicates available for trade, or any combination of these. No personal information (name, email, address) is ever displayed on your public profile. Only your collector username is visible.

Unique and secure link

The link to your public profile is randomly generated and cannot be guessed or discovered by chance. Only people you share this link with can access your collection. You can disable sharing or regenerate a new link at any time, which invalidates the previous one. This approach gives you full control over your collection's visibility and lets you share with peace of mind.

Facilitating trades between collectors

Trading issues between collectors is a long-standing and vibrant tradition in the comics world. My Comics Collection facilitates these trades by making your duplicates visible to other collectors. Your public profile clearly displays the issues you have in duplicate and are willing to trade, as well as the issues you are missing. Use our valuation tool to estimate the value of issues before a trade and ensure a fair transaction.

Shared wish list

In addition to your duplicates, you can make your missing list public. This list serves as a wish list that other collectors can browse. If a collector owns an issue you are looking for, they can contact you to propose a trade or sale. This feature turns your missing list into an active search tool that works for you around the clock.

Sharing on social media and forums

Your public profile link can be shared anywhere: social media, collector forums, discussion groups, emails. The profile page is designed to be attractive and readable, with collection statistics, your series list, and the progress of each series. Collectors who click your link instantly discover the extent of your collection and trading possibilities, including your CGC graded and signed comics.

The shared page format is responsive and displays correctly on all devices. Visitors to your profile do not need a My Comics Collection account to view it. Your comic book collection is accessible to everyone, which maximizes your chances of finding trade partners and making your collection known to the widest possible community.

Privacy and deactivation

Sharing is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time. If you do not want to make your collection public, simply do not activate the sharing feature. No data is shared by default. When you disable sharing, your public profile becomes instantly inaccessible and the link no longer works. Your collection data remains secure and you can reactivate sharing later if you change your mind, with a new link for maximum security.
