Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the My Comics Collection subscription, accessible online.

2. Pricing

Two plans are offered: a monthly subscription at €12.99/month incl. VAT (billed each month on anniversary date) and an annual subscription at €99/year incl. VAT paid in a single payment (equivalent to €8.25/month, saving €56.88 vs monthly). A 14-day free trial is offered for any new registration.

3. Payment

Payment is made by credit card. Bank data is processed by our secure payment provider (SSL encryption). No banking data is stored on our servers.

4. Trial Period

Any new registration benefits from a 14-day trial period with full access to all features. A credit card is required at registration but is not charged during this period. Cancellation before the end of the 14 days incurs no fees.

5. Termination

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued. Annual subscriptions are not refundable pro rata. To cancel, contact hello@mycomicscollection.com.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable regulations, you have 14 days from registration to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless you have expressly waived this right by starting to use the service.

7. Liability

My Comics Collection strives to provide the service with the highest possible availability, without guarantee of 100% uptime. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

8. Mediation

In case of an unresolved dispute, consumers may resort free of charge to an authorized consumer mediator. Contact details available on request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
