2. Service Description

My Comics Collection is an online SaaS service allowing comic collectors to manage, catalog, and track their collection. The service includes multi-series management, statistics, progress tracking, and cover uploads.

3. Account Creation

Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Not attempt to circumvent the service's security mechanisms
• Not share your account with third parties
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Respect comic publishers' intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

My Comics Collection and its interface are protected by intellectual property law. Catalog metadata (issues, dates, authors) comes from the Grand Comics Database (comics.org), under Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-BY). Marvel, DC Comics, Image Comics and the mentioned series names are registered trademarks of their respective owners. My Comics Collection is not affiliated with these publishers. Your collection data belongs entirely to you.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
